- The Customer agrees to MKITECH’s standard prices for any goods purchased or services rendered, as listed in its current price list.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All quotes are valid for 24 hours from the date of the quote or until a new price is issued, whichever comes first. The validity of any price is subject to availability and any increases in cost, including currency fluctuations, incurred by MKITECH before the dispatch of goods.
- If any amount owed by the Customer to MKITECH is overdue, MKITECH reserves the right to suspend all deliveries until the overdue amounts are paid or, at its discretion, cancel all outstanding orders. In either case, the Customer will have no claim against MKITECH.
- The Customer confirms that the goods and services listed on the Tax invoice accurately represent those ordered at the agreed prices. If delivery has already occurred, the Customer confirms that the goods and services have been inspected and meet the ordered quality and quantity, and are free from visible defects.
- Any goods invoiced for evaluation, approval, or demonstration purposes are considered sold if not returned within 5 working days of issue.
