- To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. The return must occur within 7 days of purchase.
- We cannot credit products returned after 7 days of purchase. Goods returned after this period may incur a handling fee.
- Merchandise cannot be returned simply because it is not liked or wanted anymore.
- All defective merchandise returned to MKITECH must include all cables, power supplies, documentation, etc.
- MKITECH is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to MKITECH offices. For your protection, please insure the package and use a traceable shipping method. MKITECH is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- MKITECH will conduct an incoming acceptance inspection of products as soon as possible upon receipt.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, MKITECH reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of at least 15%.
- For repairs handled by MKITECH’s supplier, any repair times provided are approximate and not binding on MKITECH or its supplier; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by MKITECH. MKITECH or its supplier shall not be held liable for any loss or damage the Customer may suffer due to unforeseen costs or delayed repairs.
